The task: Built in the 1930s, the so called “Alte Haus” (Old House) in the center of Innervillgraten, a mountain village in a secluded valley in Tyrol, was a traditional residential and farm building for many years. It took three years, from 2017 until 2019 to convert the stable and the barn for use as a two-storey living or holiday home.
Lots of fabrics, beautiful light and durability were three of the client's explicit wishes. More precisely: The fabrics had to be fabrics from fine-collections. The reason for this: The owner, Andrea Senfter, has been responsible for sales and marketing at fine for more than 10 years.
Construction period: 2017 - 2019
The fabrics used come from the Allegria, Boheme, Calmo, Charmeur, Fino, Hideaway, Lana, Léa, Lounge, Mamma Mia, Puro, Tender and Wooly collections.
In total, more than 130 meters of fabric were used to make curtains, pillows, roller blinds and covers for wall panels, chairs, armchairs and sofas.
