The task: to create an ambience in a vacation apartment that both reflects the alpine charm of the house and offers modern comfort.
In the heart of Mittenwald, a vacation apartment at Gästehaus Daheim was extensively redesigned in the fall of 2023. Raumkunst Werdenfels from Krün designed a well thought-out interior that combines fine alpine design quotes, a high level of quality and a harmonious color concept.
Delicate earth tones form the calm base - complemented by accents in subtle petrol and moss green. A touch of freshness from the meadows and forests outside the door.
FIORI, a floral velour, sets cheerful accents on cushions, while STERNENZAUBER comes into its own on armchairs.
ALPENKÖNIG was used for wall surfaces - a fabric quilted with a deer motif. And the curtains? With its stylized hunting motif, WALDRAUSCH tells of the landscape outside the door - subtle but unmistakable.
In combination with calm color surfaces and clear, unadorned shapes, an ambience with a strong character is created. A place that preserves its identity - and retells it with finely coordinated textiles.
The fabrics used come from the Mountain Deluxe Alpenglow and Bellezza collections.
